A 4D being could flip an asymmetrical 3D object, such as an L with a sloped face, turning it into a backwards L with a sloped face. You can think of this like how we can flip a 2d L shape to become a backwards L shape.
A 4D being can rotate this object in such a way that it becomes the same as its mirror image, but if we tried to, we could never accomplish it.
